Student Holidays The student Holidays will be as per the MUHS university Guidelines.


ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR THE UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION - To be eligible to appear for the university examination, a student must have a minimum attendance of 75% in theory lectures and 80% in practical lectures.
- Additionally, to pass the examination, a student must achieve a minimum of 50% marks in each passing component of the respective subjects, unless otherwise specified by the university regulations. For subjects without practical components, the passing components are Theory and Internal Assessment.
- A student will be declared to have passed with distinction if they secure more than 75% marks in the examination.
- A student will be deemed to have failed if they do not pass either the theory or practical examination of a subject. In such cases, the student must retake both the theory and practical/clinical examinations.
- If a student fails in one or two subjects, they are permitted to progress to the next academic year, subject to the condition that they must clear the failed subjects.


EXAMINATION STRUCTURE - As per the MUHS rule, college conducts 2 internal exams - Terminals and Prelims
- Tentative timetable is put up on the respective notice boards one month prior to the exams
- Internal assessment is calculated as per the University guidelines


Passing Criteria Evaluation of student is done under two parts i.e. External assessment & Internal assessment. Proportion of marks of External & Internal assessment is 80:20(total 100 marks) for both theory & practical papers.
Separate passing in internal & external assessment is essential.
Minimum pass marks should be 50% in each of the theory and practical papers separately for both Internal & External assessment.

Internal Assessment will be done through the examination held at the end of 1st & 2nd term of the each academic year for both theory & practical papers.
* External Assessment (MUHS University Examination)


Schedule of Examination Examination is conducted according to the examination schedule notified by the Vidyapeeth by the end of each year.
Students are required to appear for the written as well as oral / practical examination as per the syllabus.


Career Scope and Job Opportunities at exit point - Placement as a physiotherapist in Private or Government hospitals, NGOS.
